Zach is a programmer who likes to think he has a pretty solid grasp of business as well. Zach has experience working for both venture-backed Silicon Valley startup Pie Digital and Microsoft. Outside of school he loves pretty much every sport and is one of the most diehard Cleveland fans you'll ever find. Talk with this guy about anything relating to startups or tech over a nice IPA and you won't regret it.

Alex comes straight from the cornfields outside of Napoleon, Ohio. He is passionate about agriculture, economics, politics, and new business ideas. In his free time, you'll find him playing backyard football, working on cars and trucks, reading books, and listening to country and bluegrass music.

Steve is a jack-of-all trades developer and designer. He's a founding member of several companies including a web development shop, a healthcare startup, and a credit card rewards venture. When not coding, designing, or sleeping through attending classes, he loves to chat with new people over coffee/lunch. He's also a pretty active stock/option trader and an avid supporter of the "work hard, play hard" mentality.

As BBC's resident hipster, Carrie enjoys consuming way too many cups of coffee and quesadillas, listening to local bands, playing piano, social innovation, and literally anything creative from refurbishing antiques to laying out gardens to decorating cookies. She's also been known to be a freakishly good graphic designer.

Vince is a go-to man for BBC. His interests lie in travel, social entrepreneurship and start-ups. Vince is involved in both Seeds for Social Change and APTE.

MIKE LEONE, VP of Networking
Sophomore
Mike is a handyman that has been overtaken by entrepreneurship. From fixing cars to servicing pools, he's always willing to help someone in need. His business, Phantom Pools occupies most of his time, but when he gets a chance he loves to boat, jetski, canoe, fish and will always make time to play baseball. His next big venture on the horizon is Real Estate Investing.

Born in Cincinnati way back when, I am currently only two weeks old in BBC years. Spontaneity is my forte. Nothing beats a summer road trip with the windows down, listening to some John Mayer or jetting off to Europe for a two-week backpacking trip. After graduation, I plan on opening some of the most premier salon's across the Mid-west allowing me to become one of the most well respected hair stylist/entrepreneurs in the market. So, if you ever need a baller haircut for Friday night, I'm your guy.
